Our sessions and retreats provide an optimum blend of support, mindfulness training, self-care skills, cutting edge nutrition and health information by Andrea Lieberstein, a registered dietitian nutritionist, registered yoga teacher and stress reduction expert with over 20 years of experience in mindfulness training, meditation, yoga, nutrition, mind body medicine, stress reduction, emotional eating and healthy lifestyles.
